We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
An order may only be cancelled before it has been processed for dispatch or handed over to the shipping carrier.
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after the order is placed.
Once an order has been dispatched or transferred to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be entitled to return it after delivery in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Cancellation

We will review your request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
If the Order Has Already Been Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Depending on the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, you may have the right to return the order after delivery, provided the return meets the conditions described in our Return and Exchange Policy.
Certain products, including sealed cosmetic or personal-care products with broken hygiene seals, may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds Following Cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
